Original Adidas Daily

Maybe I’m nuts, but I seared there was an Adidas Daily before all the ones with numbers came out. My wife thinks I’m crazy. I have a pare from probably 12 or so years ago that are falling apart and she thinks I should just buy the Daily 4.0 and I don’t particularly like them.

Please reassure me, or just put me out of my misery and let me know if I’m just misremembering.
