Am I being messed with?

I feel like I'm going insane. I was recently hacked and my insta got taken. I find so much comfort in music but I think my Spotify is being fw too. I've never listened to these artists ever and somehow on spotistats, they are my top listened artists in the past 4 weeks despite them showing up on my Spotify a few hours ago. I've never even heard of lil tecca and the other numerous random Spanish artists. If anyone thinks they know what's going on can u lmk. The same thing happened to my brother's account
