irregular periods

I, 19f, started my period when i was about 12 years old, and ever since then my period has been veryyyy irregular. one time i missed 7 months between my periods. And now i haven't had my period since march😕 my period cycles are so irregular, it is common for me to miss like 4 months between each one.

i'm scared to go to the doctors, do they have to do a pelvic exam??????

also i just look so ugly down there it's embarrassing, i have a chafing rash from exercising, its dark from hyperpigmentation, and i have so many stretch marks. its just so embarrassing.

i'm reading all these posts in this subreddit talking about missed periods and im scared i might have pcos or something else. i'm so scared☹️
