pain while regressing?

hai., i’ve been regressing for a while now, mostly involuntary., but i’ve noticed that my body starts to hurt when i regress, and if im upset, it hurts more. does this happen to anyone else? i tried to search it up, but nothing came up. maybe my emotions are just more intense while regressed because that’s what makes my body hurt more, but i’m not sure.,
