After the pawn shop burned down a security person has watched this pile of rubble day and night.

Ordinarily we just ignore problems however when the weather 🌡️ changes if it gets as hot as usual in the summer the pawn shop rubbish pile will be massive 🔥 fire hazard. Can someone 🚒 fire something get them to address it before it's an emergency.

Give the burned down pawn shop a fire code violation, clean it up for them and bill them for it.

Any reasonable person can tell leaving that rubble the summer is a bad idea.
