Is Lvl 1 bond Eri fine in LaD?

I'm on chapter 5 of Like a dragon and have just done enough management to unlock Eri, and I don't really feel like wanna keep doing the management minigame.

I'm thinking if I should replace my almost lvl 5 bond Saeko with Eri and if that would be a big deal, because from what I'm understanding, the bond really just gives the character more job choices and an extra move and not much else that would really matter. I'm just looking for advice.
