Thoughts on the Smart?

I've recently got back in to tamagotchi after getting a gen 2 & then an Uni which I'm really enjoying. I dont want to rush into spending a ton of money on this hobby and I'm realising many of the previous tamas can be very expensive, but I'd like to try another of the colour screen tamas. I would LOVE the meets, but I cannot spend the money on one, and I've seen a few of the smarts going for reasonable prices with one or two dlc included lately so I'm curious about whether yall would reccomend it. I like that it's rechargeable, the display looks nice and theres some nice coloured shells, but I've also heard some off putting things about limited gameplay & the tama experience feeling very lonely & reminiscent of the pandemic even. Would you say its worth it for someone who enjoys the uni? Or do you have other colour tama reccomendations ( I like the idea of the pix but the battery life is a real issue for me)
