Pumping output

I currently EBF my 7 month old except on the two days a month when I work. On those days, I nurse before I leave for work, pump 2-3 times during my work day, then nurse when I get home. I guess I’m wondering what is good output? I usually have been pumping out only 12 oz total through the day, which doesn’t seem enough. Any thoughts or experience?
