Small blood blisters on one boob?

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and has any advice? I have had persistent small red spots, not even really bumps, that pop up on my skin and some turn to blood blisters. It’s only on one side of my chest. I shower daily, and change bras everyday. They don’t hurt, don’t feel inflamed or infected but they’re annoying. Any tips?
