Being triggered by the city you live in

I'm so tired 😫 of driving around my same town that I've lived in since the 70's and having all the memories pop up every. single. time. and they're not happy memories. I'm triggered and upset for hours it's just f****** ridiculous. If you have experience with this nightmare scene please let me know how you deal with it. If you were able to move away, was that better for you? TIA 🙏
