68RFE weird noises?

I bought a 24 2500 cummins last November, it has just over 5k miles on it now. I have to drive in places where I have to hold 25mph or 30mph or risk getting a speeding fine (the sub doesnt like the t word).. anyway, when im holding that speed and when letting off the gas pedal it sounds like the transmission is chattering a bit then when I start giving it some juice it kinda feels like it slams back into gear, assuming its the torque converter clutches engaging..

Just trying to confirm that chatter isn't normal and I should be taking it in? I know yall haven't heard it so its kinda hard to answer.. My old man had a 2021 and I dont remember his doing that at all
