Am I wrong for wanting to move out of state when I know my bf cant?

I (24f) and my boyfriend (30m) have been together for 5 years. We still live with our parents because we haven’t been able to find anything in our area we can afford. It’s been my dream long before we met to move out west, but I put that dream to rest when we met. Ive realized recently that I’ve been holding myself back from doing what I know will make me happy because I don’t want to lose him. I know that he can’t go with me for family reasons, which I respect even though I wish he could go with me. Is it selfish of me to put my dreams before our relationship?
