Looking for a mod that essentially allows me to decide the outcome of battles via modifiers

So I'm usually an EU4 guy, and there was actually a mod for a time where you could essentially get into a battle, go do it on Bannerlord and then come back and whether you won or lost the battle, you click whichever and it gives you either buffs or debuffs as a result.

I'm looking for something that does essentially the same thing here. I am playing the Star Wars New Dawn mod and I want to do my battles via Empire At War. If there's nothing that exists like that, let me know, but it would be really cool if there was.
