which schools accept transferees?

I had to repeat one subj after first year, survived, then here we are again after second year since I failed one subject again and i have to retake that before third year. Not sure, maybe I’m just not good enough or maybe it’s the environment and f-ed up grading system (Aurora) so I’m considering either stopping and letting my medicine dream go or transfer to a different university. I really just want to weight my options since I’m still quite confused if I no longer want to pursue this dream or I’m just too overwhelmed with my emotions.
