Am I Allowed Too Do This?

I am using a Ralsei Vtuber Model by ashimates (allowed too under their rules of use) and I want to start a Twitch channel based on Ralsei playing games. I don't intend to make profit on it in any way. Is this allowed under copyright laws with Toby Fox?
