Moving to Herndon for IAD31. Apartment Recommendations?

Hi all,

I'm going to be moving to Herndon to work at the AWS/Amazon IAD31 office later this summer. I'm coming from Canada so a bit unfamiliar with how the rental process/apps/companies/support works here.

Are there any rental buildings you would recommend? I won't have a car so i would prefer to be within 15-20 mins walking distance to IAD31 and somewhat close to the metro still.
