Mourning Dove question

This mourning dove was hanging out around my fishing poles when I got back from the area i was fishing. It let me pet her and is still sitting here. She has got up and walked around and doesnt look to be injured but I have not seen her fly. Is this normal? Do I leave her alone or does she need to crash at my place til she gets back on her feet?
