Chrysler town and country

So yesterday my battery light came on in my van and it started to drive like fast than felt like it wanted to go slower than kept doing it so I went home. My husband looked under the hood and the terminal to the battery was very lose so he tightened it the light went off. Later on I went to leave the light was back on so I left thinking maybe just the lights on and no. I was wrong. My van would only let me go like 40mps tpm was up super high and it didn’t want to shift. All started with the battery light coming in. Can anyone help a girl out
