Civil Disobedience
What is civil disobedience? Is it breaking the law? Is it violent? Yes and No, respectively.
Yes, civil disobedience is breaking the law. No, it is not violent.
Classic examples would be sit-ins and marches that actually stop traffic. Neither of those activities hurt anyone. They do, however, demonstrate how much power this many people actually have.
You saw our numbers today. If even, say, 1/10th were to walk down Division arm in arm, we would certainly stop traffic. Coincidentally, "Walk down Division" goes pretty hard as a name, on account of the double meaning.
Why would we do such a thing? To prove that peace is not weakness. To prove we are stronger together.
One dyke walking down Division does not an effective protest make. What are Y'all doing on the fourth of July?
