Stuck and cant progress

Well after about 4-5 tries i think im stuck in the vaal ruins, get about half way through each time before the game crashes or i dc, this is my first poe1 experience. I know poe2 has crashes but its technically in “early access” so its alittle excusable but like this is act 2 of a 12 year old game
