Camping/backpacking with meds

Anyone here tent camp and/or backpack/boondock in bear country? Just curious what you are doing with vaginal estrogen and systemic hormones. I plan to go on estrogen gel and progesterone but haven't yet. Imvexxy and vaginal estrogen only for now.
