Steering Play issues

I drive a Terramont 2019 I had problems with my steering rack as the car was vibrating and I replaced based on feedback provided. Did Angle settings software update plus wheel alignment all was good for 1 month. I have new problem with this new steering rack at times it just disconnects like I know it’s hard to explain it’s stiff when I need to make a complete turn like a play is there in that. However after I shut off the engine and restart the car it is fine again for a new ride any comments as what can it be.
