FACEIT Premium is not worth a penny

This stupid platform is not worth paying a single penny for. I wanted to play a game tonight and I couldn't connect to the server because of the stupid and buggy CS2 and this freaking platform. I connected to the server and after a while the screen literally froze, I restarted the game and this time I couldn't connect to the server. Restarting the anticheat solved this but I got a no_Show ban because I was 1-2 seconds late in connecting.

The time to connect to the server should be 5 minutes. Considering that CS2 is still full of bugs, most of the time it is necessary to restart the anticheat or restart the computer and I don't know how long it is now, 2.5 minutes or 3 minutes? This is definitely not enough.

You got AFK banned for some stupid reason, there is no live support you can reach to get it removed. Then why the hell am I paying for premium, what the f*ck is this? I don't care about your freaking Faceit points and skins, just give me a good user experience if I am paying for Premium. It used to be better but Faceit is getting worse day by day. Provide a live support service that is accessible to everyone, not just the room leader. Even having to wait 30 minutes is better than getting an 8 hour no_Show ban.

You pay premium and still have to choose 5 maps. This requirement should be reduced to at least 4.
