My shorts doesn't have any music added it's voice based, does it matter? ( Max 300 views )

I don't add any music to my shorts , But my views are always less than 300. Does it matter to add music, But I don't want any music. It's been 3 weeks passed. Regularly 2 videos shorts a day. Each reel have max 300 views and rare 1-2 shorts have 1k views.
