Cheap case with good fans or decent case?

It's my first time building a pc so I'm overthinking everything. I picked rtx 5070 ti and 7700x with B650M-A.

That being said, should I get a case like Corsair 4000D or something cheap like DeepCool CC560 V2 and replace the fans with be quiet! PURE WINGS 3?
