20/16/16/8/8/8 for Berserker?

For the record, I have beaten the game with these stats, and GWM. I just want to know what you guys think of this setup.

Clarification:

STR: 17 + 3 = 20

DEX: 15 + 1 = 16

CON: 16

INT: 8

WIS: 8

CHA: 8

Is this setup terrible? Is it half-decent? Is it good? Is it something else? All opinions are welcome!
