Biodome Bird ID

Hi! 👋🏼😊 Poor quality cropped photo of my twin sister’s photo, but can anyone tell what this 🐦 is? 😅 This above view is the best I can give. 🙁 It looks smallish. She said she isn’t totally sure where it’s from, but it’s inside a biodome in Canada 🇨🇦 (I think she said Québec, Canada). Thank you very much to anyone who can identify it! 😁😁😁💜
