hoa stole my home

I purchased my condo a little over two years ago from the very minute my HOA figured out I owned my property outright they began aggressively trying to foreclose on me from the very beginning even when I had not received my HOA dogs or pay stubs from closing through all the legal fees and everything that started compiling I ended up not being able to catch up even though I continually kept getting it paid off be at the day before auction or right before but the whole time paying excessive fees to the point where it cost me a lot of financial issues. This last time that they foreclosed on me they did not properly serve me they would not offer me a payment plan on top of they told me that they bought it at auction for $7,500 but in reality all they did was put the deed in their name and it was never actually placed that Republic auction they just took the property they have now served me with an eviction and I knew that there was an issue but I just figured out that they had not served me a notice of trustees sale document on top of all that they'd also had tampered with my mailbox to the point where I am no longer receiving mail the last three and a half months and there are checks and such that I get in the mail that I have not been receiving for 3 months as well as certified letters so there are a lot of issues that they violated and I'm not real sure how to proceed.
