i lost my virginity last night. which plan B to get? really scared.

I know I’m gonna get heat for this but last night me (m20) and the girl im talking to (f20) had sex for the first time. We both didn’t really know what we’re doing as it was our first. We mostly just did foreplay without clothes and i only tried inserting myself for a few seconds and rubbing myself but it wasn’t comfortable for her so I finished via oral sex. And made sure neither of us touched her down there until we cleaned our hands.

She said she’s pretty sure she’s not ovulating since she finished her period 7 days ago and usually does about 2 weeks after. (Idk If I understand the cycles right sorry im freaked out) I DEFINITELY did not finish in her anywhere close but we were doing foreplay for a while so im scared maybe some pre-cum went inside? It was also dark. She’s not on any BC and I was not wearing a condom.

She’s fine with taking plan B and I’ll pay for it and tests etc. But I also heard Ella is the most effective? I also dont want her to get any bad side effects so what’s the best brand? Is there anything else I can get her to alleviate the side effects that may come like heating pad? I’m in California If that matters.

Please know that I realize what I did was stupid and unsafe and have learned a lot in the last 12 hours (something I should have done before). We both have very strict asian parents from different cultures so its already so hard to see each other (she would have to also hide her tests/pills) but I’ll make sure to get the pills today and talk to her about BC. She doesn’t seem very phased by this situation but maybe she just isn’t aware of the risks as I just learned today its possible to get pregnant from pre-cum.
