Weird symptoms

30F 150mcg levithyroxine Last blood test: tsh 5, fT4 17 Blood test 3 months ago: Tsh 2.1 fT4:17 History: Diagnose of Graves disease during teens treated with radioactive iode. Free of disease until 24 yo, then diagnosed with hypothyroidism Hahsimotos.

Ive been gaining tons of weight up until I switched brands of my levithyroxine medicine, my body stopped hurting and I was able to walk more and lost 10kg in about 3 months.

My issue right now is narrow pressure I get readings like 95/78, 105/75 pulse 65 saturation 97. I've had tons of anxiety, stress, panic attacks and doom two weeks before period on the last 3 months but then after period I'm more chill, less anxiety and low blood pressure.

I have a time with GP and endo in like a month. Current symptoms are still some anxiety and low narrow pressure. I don't really know if the heart pressure and palpitations is real or just anxiety, I take walks daily and I feel okay but u never know. How do we fix so I don't feel so bad every period? Is the low narrow pressure dangerous enough to go ER?
