Delay in connecting

Is anyone having problems connecting to the VPN? Because today I was using Mullvad VPN the best. And then when I turned my computer back on and turned on the VPN, it tells me it's connecting when actually 10 minutes have passed. And time passes and it doesn't finish connecting. Does anyone have a solution to this?
