Please help me choose my wedding dress for my outdoor wedding in Spain

I have gone to the same wedding boutique now three times and even changed my mind two days after I ordered one dress and decided I didn't want it. I don't really have anyone to go with me to these appointments and the wedding consultants overwhelm me with their opinions and I'm a people pleaser. I want to look special for my outdoor wedding in Spain but I also don't know what truly looks best on me. Can you guys give me your honest unsolicited feedback, both positive and negative? For reference, I really like the satin dress but it's missing sparkles and making me feel a little plain.. I'll have a lot of posh Lebanese relatives at the wedding and I'm worried I'll look too plain.. I'm considering adding a sparkly veil and some gloves to add to the look. But at the same time I saw some sparkly dresses online and now I'm torn between ordering a sparkly tulle dress versus sticking to something with satin.. I know I want to feel more girly and princess vibe and I also want to feel like I'm sparkling. The boutique offered to add a layer of sparkly glitter tulle over the satin dress but I'm not sure if that's a good idea? I want you guys to be honest and help me choose!
