how to make best use of my week in lisbon, visiting from london

yooo, i am going lisbon with 3 friends in summer holidays, from london , has anyone here been to lisbon and if so can anyone give advice on how to make best use of this week, was planning to take the train to porto for a day trip too cascais and i think sinta too? thanks
