No Resident Evil Revelations 2 New Game Option?

Did Capcom seriously forget to include a new game option AKA one of the most common functions in every video game???

I kept looking around and ended up only running into forums telling me to delete my save files but couldn’t even be bothered to indicate which ones like does anyone here know the exact save files i need to delete to start the game all over again from the beginning?

Edit: I’m playing on PC BTW
