Can I get brutally honest feedback

I just got back into posting on social media and dropped my first full video. Repackaged it into short form for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.

Would really appreciate honest feedback, whether it’s about pacing, style, vibe, or you just feel like cooking me. I want to improve fast.
