My station Northwest of Seattle
I am located North of Monroe which is Northwest of Seattle and I am just starting to explore Meshtastic. So far, I have not seen any signals at ground level execpt my own. The Meshtactic Maps suggest there are not any stations in the local area.
I plan to put a system up about 35 feet above ground on the roof of my shop, if I still do not receive any messages, I plan to start a periodic "Ping" message from my station for others in my area to hear.
My station as show in the photo, will be placed in a 1 inch PVC and mounted above my shop, the USB cable will be connected to a near by Raspberry Pi for power and the "Ping" message generation and receiver monitoring.
If anyone is in this area please send a mesage. The station name is "ShopTop" with a short name "ST00".
