Having problems with steelseries GG

so recently been having an issue where my headsets shut off way too quickly so i went to edit how fast they do so.

but when i open GG it will run for a bit but if i try and go to engine it just starts loading, iv tried editing it in regedit but it already says complete, tried using the standalone launcher but my headsets dont show up on it. tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps no luck. closed in task manager and reopened. restarted PC

does anyone have a fix for this because im at my wits end.
