15w pregnant , anyone have these symptoms ?

Today I felt like dizzy and light headed if anyone had anxiety attack before it felt like this. It’s not anxiety attack though. I feel like light headed , dizzy, racing heart, I feel like I’m having cold sweats. Has anyone has this before. Is this something I should be concerned about? I think the last blood test I did was low iron but not low enough for my doctor to be concerned.
