Saving up for a PC but have MO IDEA what I’m doing. Give me suggestions for my build??

Ive been really wanting a PC for YEARS now. Im saving up for one as a little birthday gift to myself I will give myself at some point. Only problem, I have no idea what I’m doing. I know I want the HYTE Y70 case but other than that, I’m clueless. Top of budget is $1500 and I can always upgrade later in life. But I just want something already. I want something that would be able to play BG3, Sims, stardew valley, palia or literally any game. Could you help me out?? Any suggestions would be helpful.
