New Travel law Assistance

Hi, I was concerned about the new law that was passed in Egypt 2025 . I am a student in Europe I have 2 phones that I use for my daily both of them bought Prior to 2025 will I restricted to take them with me at the airport

I am thinking about leaving one with my parents in Egypt would i need to pay the 38% tax on it
