Any other free alternatives other than Whisky to run window games?

I recently downloaded whisky to play beamng drive on my mac but the whisky app is slow and doesnt work well. Ive seen other people run beamng drive with the same specs as me (8 gb ram) and they are running it smoothly.

Thanks
