Is normal that I feel less attractive because I'm blonde guy?

I'm a dirty blonde and I always thought that women love tall dark and handsome.I have the impression that blond hair is rather a flaw on guys. Is it true or should I change my way of thinking? What do you think? Thank you in advance!😁
