How do reward drops work in relation to days?

When I go to an Evergaol or a Rise on Day 1, am I seeing the same rewards I’d see at that same location on Day 2? If I beat the castle basement boss Day 1, does it have the same pool of drops?

Or am I better waiting to do Rises or Castle bosses day 2?

And further question: are there specific bosses/locations that have a chance for better stuff than other? Like I’ve found some of the best drops from Castle Basement/Castle Top bosses, but idk if that’s confirmation bias or what.
