Absurd Queue Times on Darkdrift Knight

Is it just me or is literally noone (apart from full premade groups) playing the Darkdrift Knight ? I've been waiting for a full squad for up to 20 minutes regularly, with one person occasionally joining, then leaving after a couple of minutes. That's been the case over the last 5 days, with even the shortest attempts taking 3-4 minutes. It's not because of leaving previous games, it takes literal seconds for every other Boss, and it does not depend on what time of day I try.

I Just want to complete my Ironeye Remembrance :(
