Electric Califont / Instant Hotwater: Do these exist for entire household? Are they worth it?

My hotwater sucks. Low pressure so shower is kinda weak. Currently have a regular electric hotwater tank but am interested in exploring other options, mainly to improve the shower pressure. Gas isn't an option.

Anyone got any ideas or experience with alternative solutions?
