(I commented this on /r/<doujinshi> but I’m posting it here because I want y’all’s opinions on this. I’m also not sure if I should put this under Rant/Vent or General Discussion?)

There’s something I don’t understand about this, why is Reverse NTR not as mean spirited as normal NTR? Normal NTR is usually like body horror minus the horror and it’s more psychological (you know like big pp, taller, ‘superior’, etc). Don’t get me wrong Reverse NTR can be mean spirited too but in almost every NTR it involves something about the Mc that is flawed (usually because he either has a small dick, isn’t good at sex, isn’t as ‘cool’ as the other guy, etc). Then he’s humiliated either unknowingly or he hears it first hand.

Like come on man at least be fair, but then again NTR in general encourages cheating which is just something that’s already dumb on its own. It also encourages rape and whatnot (many NTR stories have some form of rape). Like think about it, of all the NTRs you have read (yes you 🫵) how many happen because of some form of rape?

(I’m aware of the fact that not all NTR has rape and sometimes the FMC, antag, even Mc are sometimes just bad people in general. Also I just might not be reading enough Reverse NTRs to see the meanness I was just talking about.)
