Having trouble starting up my dried starter:(

pls help, I haven’t baked in a couple months but have alot of dried starter and for some reason everytime I try to wake my jude up again it just doesnt work!! itll either be bubbly for the first 3 days n then stop all activity, it just straight up not start up at all. Im so confused:(

is there any way to save jude or am I doing something wrong or do I have to start from square one all over again? ive had this starter for a long time:(
