Hemorrhoids won’t stop bleeding

Hi I'm 31F, I've been suffering from Hemorrhoids for years (inherited), I got a colonoscopy done last year cos of the bleeding and all they found was grade 2 internal and external Hem .. but since the past few months it has gotten worse, once I have a flare up I kinda bleed for 10 to 15 days straight, I even bled throughout a day once (just while sitting), recently saw blood while doing sitz bath too, my recent blood test showed a ferritin level of 12 (very low) my hemoglobin was normal so they weren't worried

I visited a gastroenterologist last night cos I have been bleeding since the past 7 days (during BM) who told me the only solution is to get a surgery, I asked him for banding option but he said if you are bleeding and I do banding you'll bleed more and I will be responsible..

I honestly don't wanna get a surgery done cos I have read horror stories about the recovery part, any suggestions? I'm so tired of living like this
