Feeling really bad after stopping lexapro

So, I have started taking lexapro in september 2024. In december, I started to see the effects, I was feeling great happy, no more depression or overthinking, however I started to gain weight. I always had issues with gaining weight I was 45 kg 99 pounds and barely could go above that, however after lexapro i started to gain weight. First, I was actually happy with it, as I was really slim so gaining couple of pounds wasnt that bad, and I let my doctor know and she said your gain weight is not tied to lexapro, so I said ok. But now i am 136 pounds. I am really sad about it. After I realized I am gaining weight and I dont want to be like this I decided to stop lexapro couple of times cold turkey. But, then I was getting brain zaps. After i decided to stop it decreasing the dose ( just taking half of the pill) . So, I was taking 20mg decided to take half of it 10 mg for one week, and then 1 week 5mg. But, asap i stopped it i started to get brain zaps, nauseous, diarrhea and horrible headaches plus depressed again. I also get sleep paralysis a lot after stopping lexapro. I don’t know what to do honestly. I was seeing doctor in college but now they are in summer break. I dont know what should I do. Plus my periods are weird now! I never missed in my entire life my periods but in the last 3 months i missed once and then this month i havent gotten my periods. ( pregnancy is impossible) . I will go to doctor to get checked, but still wanted to see other people’s opinions. Thank you 🥹
