Bond deducted with no contact

My bond with residential bonds online was going to reach it 2 week notice of claim today. I checked it yesterday and the full amount was still showing as being returned back to me, but this morning (last day) it’s now showing $1,250 to agency/landlord and $2,770 to me.

I’ve had no contact from the REA so I have no idea why money is being deducted. I paid my final water account already. If this is damage, are they meant to at least advise me of that and let me know what was damaged, needed additional cleaning, with quotes as to how they came to that cost? I’m not sure what to do, any suggestions?
